Understanding your commercial vehicle needs commences with our team of Commercial Vehicle Officers, who will translate the productive outcomes of your vehicle into technical specifications. Compliance standards for weight distribution and dimension regulations are tailored per vehicle.  

Our Field Operations Team work with manufacturers and suppliers to follow a build management plan ensuring the technical specifications and designs are checked and delivered correctly.

Vehicle Maintenance

Managing vehicle uptimes through maintenance and repair is the brief of our dedicated Commercial Maintenance Team. Better maintenance management is achieved on two levels;

  • Centralised Maintenance Control
  • Regional Field Operations Teams

The Commercial Maintenance Team establish and manage our Approved Maintenance Suppliers, ensuring a consistent and high quality service standard nationally, in accordance with manufacturers specifications. For 'Dangerous Goods' vehicles, workshop audits are conducted to ensure the appropriate processes and equipment is in place.

Field Operations

FleetPartners Field Maintenance Supervisors liaise directly with you at an operational level and are responsible for;

  • Ensuring technical specifications and compliance are met throughout the build, management and maintenance periods
  • Developing Fleet Management Guides specific to each clients compliance requirements, including driver 'pre-trip inspections', defective vehicle reporting and service scheduling
  • Fleet Audits - asset inspections identifying OH&S issues
  • Pursuing warranty and policy claims
  • Pre-return vehicle inspections prior to the end of lease
  • Management of repairs associated with 'Fair Wear & Tear'
