KeyReturn Service
How does KeyReturn work?
- If your key ring is lost or misplaced and it is returned to a FleetPartners address, FleetPartners will pay the finder a reward for returning it.
- Using a unique serial number to protect your personal details, FleetPartners will arrange to have your key ring returned.
What will happen if my keys are found?
- FleetPartners will notify you by telephone or email that your key ring has been found and arrange for their most convenient return.
- Upon return FleetPartners will pay a reward to the finder.
Registering your Contact Details
It is your responsibility to correctly register your contact details for KeyReturn, via the FleetPartners KeyReturn section on this website.
Failure to Provide Return Details
If you fail to provide accurate return information, we are under no obligation to send the keys back to you. Any set of keys which is left at our office for a period of 45 days from the date we contact you will be destroyed.
Change of Contact Details
It is your responsibility to update your contact details by contacting FleetPartners on 1300 666 100 or online at fleetpartners.com.au. Please ensure you include your unique serial number on the reverse side of your key ring.
No Guarantee of Return
An attractive reward will be offered by FleetPartners for your lost key ring however, we cannot guarantee that if your key ring is lost or misplaced it will be located and returned in every case.
Condition of Key Ring Replacement
FleetPartners cannot take responsibility for any damaged or defacing of the key ring and its attachments that is returned to us.
Security, Safety and Fraudulent Activity
FleetPartners rely on the honesty of the key ring finder to locate and return your keys. If we suspect that you are misusing the service or engaged in fraudulent activity we reserve the right to cancel the service at any time.
